Derek Baak serves as the Director of Project Management at Mesa Bridge Capital. With a portfolio encompassing ownership and management of numerous assets across multiple states, Derek’s expertise lies in navigating complex financial landscapes and optimizing asset performance. Derek is a licensed real estate agent and general contractor, showcasing a multifaceted skill set that spans the real estate spectrum. Derek graduated Cum Laude from UCLA with a B.A. in Business Economics, complemented by a minor in Accounting. Derek began his career at PwC where he obtained his CPA license in 2006.
